Stress is part of life, and it's actually what makes us better. It also helps to make us grow. How can athletes calm their minds throughout the day or at night? We all get tressd ot the day. Don't let that stress continue throughout the day. Use the breathing technique as well. Other things you can do are things like triggers for sleep. The temperature of the room is one thing, but it's really not the room, it's you that needs to be cool. Go into a hot shower, into a hot tub before bedtime,.
