There was actually a deliberate effort to mitigate against a sense of elitism as a c i officer and then as a clandescen service officer. So there was a sense of alitism for the area divisions. And it got worse actually, and not better, over the ears. It gets pretty competitive at times and pretty nasty. I think you need a amount of swagger and cockiness and confidence am to have. Unfortunately, a lot of case offisers just have the cockiness, but they don't have the real sense of pride in the organization or in their colleague that your fellow case officer,. Your compadra, i self like that.
