i think a people could probably make the leap between acaso, my expectation about how something will unfold. I can see how that would track back to me even less than consciously changing my behaviour so that i'm more likely to play an active role in making it unfold a particular way or not. Can you imagine what happens whin we're having ruminating negative thoughts? It's generating almost pure cortosal our edrinals are pumping all of this biochemistry through us because we're worried constantly about it. So it's like we're chewing on lemons 24 seven, ruminating. And i had a student lesson mase said, so it's really about lemons or lovers,
