These studies give us a much more favorable view of the potential for plant based or vegan diets to really effectively support hypertrophy. You don't have any major essential ameno acid gaps if you're distributing your protein relatively sensibly throughout the day within those constraints. A, again, some of the other claims in game changers, you know, still need some support. Not sure if we're ever going to get the study we need on those nocturnal emissions. But emissions, ha, ha,. ha, ha, Ha, ha, hay, you just cut out meat and just all night long, you're just shooting fat ropes nocturnal erection. There we go.
