"I've definitely experienced some decline that I've noticed, you know, because I can measure it. So I definitely don't calculate as fast, for instance," he says. "My memory is definitely not as good." He tries to eat a lot of salmon and sleep eight hours a day. 'We do see certain skills do increase as we get older'
