The Red Flag Symptoms of a Headache

Grace Saribrai is a 16 year old female presenting to her pediatrician's office with several months of a headache. She says it was initially mild occurring after school and alleviated with Tylenol but has recently not responded to medications. In the past week, she has had two episodes of vomiting that somewhat reduced the pain. Upon further questioning, she reveals that she has been stressed about some upcoming college applications.
