Grey: People often have so much to feel good about and be proud of, but the internal dialogue is shaped by trama. Grey: In trying to fight that right, i help myself, i'm better for the people around me. There's a lot of a sort of built-in chronic trama in medical education,. It's crazy. Being able to make good decisions without sleeping for 24 hours is not a skill that any one should be cultivating.
