Dr. Bright, I'll Change Patient Five's Designation

Agent Green calls an atypical psychic to find out what he can do for him. He is told by Dr. Bright that the patient has been diagnosed as a high-risk atypical and should be registered with the A.M. They are then asked to hand over all of their notes and recordings so they can get more information about them. The call ends in mental manipulation, but not before Agent Green gets his man's full attention.
