Building a Customer Centric Culture
The challenge is to ensure that everyone that's coming into the organization understands that our marching order is really to be a customer centric. We start with a small group of people that are very committed and have a very clear idea of who are customers and what they're trying to do. So i think that's been a particular challenge for us is how do we continue to infuse customer centricity into the organization as we bring on new products? And then looking for ways, through our different internal communication channels, to make sure that we're sharing a consistent message with our employees.
