Mentoring Is a Great Way to Begin a Research Career
Being proactive and reaching out to mentors um for playing a huge role in in my life is important. I think that life and research is just so much more fun when you have as Joshua said sparring partners and people that share interest in the same topics it's really fun yeah. Have this balance between maturity and seriousness and sort of professionalism is important to bring to hey it's really serious stuff we work on here the stakes are really high, he says.
