Is This a Bullish Trend or a Technical Short Covering Rally?

We're just to the point right now that where we're starting to have an opportunity to potentially rebalance some risk in portfolios. But, but don't take me and say, oh, he's just getting all bullish. We sev a lot of problems ahead of us. Once we get into spring and later on this year, i think there's going to be some more down, downside pressure because of what the fet is doing and because of what’s going to happen economically.
