Is There a Way to Move a Task With Shortcuts?
Once a task is in to do, then it's not yet due to be done today. So you could have probably one shortcut that looks for the task with the specific name inside of the to do list. And if it finds it and it's due tomorrow, then it moves it. The only problem with this is when you recreate a, when you move a task with shortcuts, you can't move it. You have to delete it and recreate it.
