The Republican Plan to Increase Premiums for Older Low Income People

Under Obamacare, a 60 year old making $20,000 a year in Mobile, Alabama currently receives about $13,000 in a subsidy through Obamacare. And under the Republican plan, they would get a $4,000 subsidy. The demographics of it are funny, right? I mean, if you didn't read the bill, you would just like think, well, maybe Republicans would want to change this to help out older people and people living in more rural areas.
