When an Old Man Dies, a Library Is Lost

A lot of great leaders that listen to this podcast have a book in them. You just slap it down on paper and then you just edit and edit until it finally takes form. There's no such thing as bad writing, just bad editing. Some manuscripts just take more editing than others. Sometimes I've wished that like a book I turned in this last fall, I kind of wish I'd had another month or two just to cut some more.
