How to Deal With Impostor Syndrome

I think it's interesting with the high percentage of UXs that in their non-scientific survey said that they put their hands up and said yes, suffer from impostor syndrome. I'll speculate that sometimes men are maybe a little bit less open about these things. Not inclined to admit it probably as much because it'd be seen as a sign of weakness which we know from other health studies.
