How Active Are You in That Process?

Currently transitiong from moreof a done for you after years of diling in the system, i have ip that i've developed through that process. More ofa more of a consulting done with you, type o upset up. And it comes on two levels. One, i'm doing that because i want to impact more people and help more people with it. Two, i think to day and going forward, building capabilities in house for different companies, and not nessarily outs orsing it is right is what what the trend is.
