The Court's Assessment of the Value of Speech
In Canada, Holocaust denial is in the criminal code. It's like denying the Holocaust, downplaying the Holocaust, qualifying the Holocaust in a way that willfully incites anti-Semitism. I just find the court's account of how targeted speech does not advance those values to be unconvincing on its face. That's kind of one of the arguments that I make in the article.
