In the early days, we didn't have very a explicit rading systems for how you're doing. And so what worked em and clicked for very early employees starts to to wade as the team gets larger. So now we're implementing really explicit scores and radings, which feels big company. But people want it. It's hard to get those simple answers when you haven't done enough thinking in that way. We need more clarity on metric clarity on culture-related performance.
