The Importance of Physical Space in the Office

Is it an open environment where people can pause to have coffee, and the coffee machine isn't set on a pedestal with nothing around it? Are there places to work away from their desk? Are there bean bags? Are there couches? Is there a quiet room? You know, whatever. Can our people empowered within the space to kind of move around and obtain the best energy as they see fit?
