How to Make a Recursive Descent Parser

Zig Ziglar has long had a dream and many different attempts at creating a programming language on his own. In college he ran across this amazing intro to recursive descent parsers in Pascal. That was kind of the moment where things really clicked for him. And so that was what I first made the parser for rock, which is low level like performance stuff with like floats.
