Zephaniah could probably be read as one single chapter. We get this announcement of doom that's about to come upon the people, particularly the people of Judah. And then once we get to verses five through 15 in Zephaniah chapter two, its prophecies about how the other nations are going to be destroyed. The book is really trying to just set it out there and say, "Which one do you want to be a part of?"
