And then there was a retirement of a very senior person in american express and they asked me to run what was then the travel related services company. At 30 or 31 years old, all of a sudden i'm running with 35 thousand employees and multiple hundreds of millions of dollars. I just decided i was going to go do it cause i loved the company and i knew about it.
