The Importance of Maintenance Volumes
I think there's this often kind of perception, because of the way it's talked about online, people kind of go, if I don't do enough sets, I won't generate hypertrophy. Absolutely not true. Maintenance volumes are incredibly, incredibly low. They're like a fourth of the work that whatever you were doing will absolutely maintain. And even if it's not going to cause a substantial increase, it's going to keep us taking over to a point where we actually do createhypertrophy.
