Do You Know How to Get Into That Relaxed State?

The gorgeous ball is a medium-ish sized ball that has a little bit of deflation to it and it's got a great grippiness. You can start on your stomach where that ball is just kind of on the low part of your rib cage and you're laying and trying to press those ribs out into that ball. And then you can lay with the ball right on your back, kind of in the middle of your thoracic spine or kind of even with your chest and you almost just rotate on it. So again, a very relaxing feeling. Like Jen said, you always want to just go and tap right up to your tolerance.
