The Risk of the Inability to Sell Certain Properties
Dave Holman: We're in a time that's somewhat unprecedented in many ways. There doesn't appear to be significant stress on businesses and people as far as jobs so far. So with that, the transaction market for our types of products are pretty shallow. You're just not seeing in our markets, you're not seeing people buy and sell a lot of our types of shopping centers. Whitestone believes very strongly in the value of that local knowledge.
