The Story of a Carny and Satan
Mark Lawrence and his friends met another carny named Jimmy Pennick who was also obsessed with Satan. The four of them went around the carnival and tried to find other people with similar interests. They bonded with some of the other carnival workers by talking about all the crimes that they had committed over the years. Most of the crimes were petty like theft and vandalism, but after talking with the other carnies, Mark and David discovered that Jimmy had committed a serious crime earlier that year when he worked in Ohio.
