How to Use Timeframes to Trade the Market

If it spreads, I tend to do a lot of options selling the market since they have trade ranges. It could be fairly large size or period of time if the market's going in my favor. Now, there may be a situation currently in a market like the stock market that may be trending maybe up, but short term down. So I look at the intermediate portion of the day or several days, maybe sell the market short until support.
