The Power of Forgiveness
Douglas Rushkoff: How do you live in relation to others if you believe that forgiveness is possible and that life is not a zero sum game? He says the problem always for us as human beings was the problem of action in the world because we never knew what the consequences of our actions would be. A word said can't be unsaid and that a deed done can't be undone, he adds.Rushkoff: It's why I have enormous sympathy for young people growing up in this melee. They are confronting this absolutely central question which is worse than it's ever been in human history.
