Is Capitalism Working Well Right?

We have a reasonably good social net. Not as good as europe, not as good as some other countries. Our social net has failed in some places in this country. And it's because the people at the very bottom are not doing well. If you go into the worst parts of new york city, what you see is hard to believe that this is a wealthy country. It's hard to say that capitalism is working well right?
