How to Select Men to Take Over Businesses

I talked to a guy recently who wants to help young man take over businesses so that small communities can achieve economic sovereignty. And he has a he's a branch of my background as families in Texas. He doesn't care if you don't have background in whatever the specifics of the business are. As long as you can survive, you get up super early. You work 20 hour days and you're breaking horses. If you can make it through that, he trusts. I love it. It reminds me back when I was maybe 15, became a lifeguard lifeguard and there were people who showed up to become a lifeguard and couldn't pull a brick off the bottom of the pool.
