Is There a Common Core to Spiritual Practices?

Is there a common core to spiritual practices? Because i know you make it a priority to engage with people of other faiths saying, god comes in many colors and speaks in many tongues. The soul is a common theme, n in all the major faiths. And so the more life that you let in, the more life you will have. And then your own soul does grow. There's no magic age. 18 doesn't do it. 21 does o. To live is to be slowly born. It's a process, yes? And so the soul also grows in us. I don't have the same soul that i had at six.
