EU freezes Russian central bank assets

Visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has expressed the country’s readiness to push forward partnership with the United Arab Emirates. Wang described the two countries as natural friends and partners, with similar governance philosophies and highly complementary economies.
