It's very difficult to contemplate a world where the entirety of our fossil fuel dependence can be abated in any reasonable time frame for any reasonable amount of money. It would be highly inefficient use of our limited resources to completely eliminate fossil fuels. One of the policies we've advocated for, for example, is to shift our focus away from full battery electric vehicles and towards plug in hybrid electric vehicles. A huge battery pack of one car while the other three cars rely 100% on fossil fuels makes no sense.
