The gap between the current and desired level of protection is biggest with regard to humans in the far future. The gap for non human anemies, the environment, humans outside the jurisdictionsun you name it, bigger than for any other group we tested. And there's another question here, which is whether these law professors believe that the law can actually be used to protect the welfare of future generations at all.
