I think people feel having a job of security, and I don't hold that belief. Add a million dollars, just using that as a round example, most of the stuff that you need is taking care of. As opposed to somebody has $0 and giving a million, their life changes more drastic. So he talks about he may be a poor boss than the one he leaves, but at least he will have rid himself of the shadow of his pet fear. And that is worth a great deal in money and position.
