The Rise of English Hooligans in Europe

There are still recent incidents but they don't seem to be purely UK there was a recent incident of an English fan knocking down Dutch Dutch fans. West Ham United Club based in London was due to play in a European conference league match against Aazad Alkmar which is based in the Netherlands. Their altruise quote unquote rioted their videos of players like actual West Ham players fighting with the altruise because they're trying to get to their families in the away section. There's a multiple reasons for what happened here in 2016 when Russia played England in Marseille in Euro 2016 and Russian Hooligans were basically rampaging through Marseille beating English fans up before during and after the match
