The Product Design Challenge

It's often the case that it does emerge organically from following a hunch. For example, in the pencil tolca, we did have the trepen store idea from the start but many, many details of how the actual implementation ended. And so then the product design challenge, i think, is you have this long list of things you onor incorporate, and these failures.
