The Importance of a Strong Dollar to Overweight Value
We're probably not going to make the call to go overweight until we're pretty confident that we have a major dollar bear ahead of us. The last period of a major value outperformance that was sustained, it was 2000 to 2007. You had outperformance of value in 2022 that was really driven by just the distinct weakness. It just went down less than what growth did because growth valuations were so elevated at start 2022.
