The second month is all about rolling up your sleeves and diving deeper to discover more opportunities for improvement. The important thing here is to understand the distinction between a customer and a user. It's better to ask open-ended questions to your customers so that you can get a much more detailed answer. Is it really valuable? Or there are other means by which they can fulfill their needs? And what would they like to see changed or improved?
