It's very common as well to interview designers who are showing work where the visuals are a reflection of the design systems team. And that can be both good and bad. Like, if you look at something like, wow, that's beautiful. This looks great on their portfolio. But then conversely, seeing something where the visuals suck. So, like, really have to squint to be like, okay, they didn't do the visuals. They didn'tDo the visuals like focus on the product, folks on the product. The actual quality of the presentation, it's something that I take into account and other people take into account.
