Now Renee registers as a rehabilitation center with the Ugandan government and her charity takes off within five years. It had an operating budget of $17,000 a month and was helping hundreds and hundreds of little kids every year. You can see why her local Virginia paper wrote a really fawning story about like what she was doing out there.
