Do You Think Experience Is Worth Less?

The digitisation of the workforce has meant that we have all kind of reshaped what it means to be a successful business person. But I do think that our fixation on speed also means a fixation on constancy. We hold our age so close to ourselves because I think we use it as a safety blanket. It's our fall back. For me age is just sort of outside of my own field of vision and I think that is so so true.
