What Scripture Teaches Is Solo Traditio, Tradition Alone
I don't think it's either implicit or explicit that god won't inspire further apossils. If the revelation ended by the death of the last apposol, i don't see that in that. In most households, more is caught than taught. You just live the life. The magisterium is like an apostolic organism. They're proclaiming scripture and celebrating the sacraments. And they're empowered by the spirit to teach infallibly what you need to know to avoid the toxin of heracy and that sort of thing.
