Ken: I was at a dinner not long ago where a physician opined that if he or his wife developed diabetes they would certainly pursue the ketogenic diet as a preferred first approach and then somebody at the dinner asked him well you work with diabetic patients that's your patient population how often have you suggested that. He said never that he doesn't have time to be coaching people and it's much easier to manage If you are confident they're eating lots of carbohydrates you can do the dosing quite easily with the insulin. Ken: Rob you and Nikki co-founded one of the first CrossFit affiliates in the country back in 2004 and you two worked a lot with people organizing their diet and exercise
