The Power of Mind Set

There's a lot of power in being able to show somebody the immense changes that occur in physiology when they make these changes like breathing. When they start to see it, it gives them more bying because th lik, oh shit, like, look at this,. i didn't realize that this was the pronounced effect that i i would experience. And it keeps them kind of coming back more. So that's why i'm a huge advocate, while 'm a huge advocate for limiting technology, i'm ahuge advocate for other pieces of technology that can be quite helpful.
