How to Win Over the Families of Juveniles
CNN's John Sutter talks to a social media marketing expert about how police can make friends with the families of juvenile delinquents. He says that in some communities, such as Brownsville or Harlem, crime is low because people don't like cops and they're viewed as illegitimate.
