Sally Kohn: You are not a plumber. If you're trying to sell shoes to cobblers, you're going to have a really hard time. She says tech startups or like the CTO could know more about it than you. But that's like selling, she says; they don't want to know how to do it. That makes them easier customers to sell to much easier customers to work with. It's just higher value outcomes when they're not over your shoulder.
