Irritatability - A Non-Specific Symptom
Imitability has been a big kind of hot topic at the NIMH that sprung out of their research about severe mood dysregulation that led to the DMD diagnosis. They just really have been focusing over the last several years on you know what what is the impact of irritability on the adaptive functioning for youth going through development. So it's a non-specific symptom we see across a range of disorders so just like a pediatrician has to work over a fever with with more analysis to try to source it back to the specific cause like a viral illness.
