The Toxic Tools of Men's Retreats
I've been to those retreats. The men are not okay. In these spaces that are really limiting to men and women, the men are not in care of those situations. And that that is going to bleed out over everything. It's just if you just look at it from the lens of like sociology anthropology, and you see that what what is happening, you would say these men are deeply repressed. They are not inhabiting a space that is pro mental health, pro health expressions of feelings.
