The Pitfall of the Supervisor and the Mentor
A lot of people asking me, but they haven't even done their cursory home work. The supervisor should not be the therapistno, nor should the mentor. If you can divert the person to treatment, that's a whole separate relationship. You want to resist attempts to place the supervisor or the mentor into the therapeutic slot.
